Our interviews assess both technical and non-technical skills, as both are essential to thrive at Teza. Non-technical skills are evaluated in live interviews, while technical skills are assessed through coding tests, live problem-solving sessions, and technical discussions. Depending on the role, technical topics may include:
The average hiring process takes 25-30 days, depending on the role. If we see potential for a better-suited position, we may suggest additional conversations.
We kindly ask that you avoid using AI or external tools during assessments and interviews. This ensures an objective evaluation of your skills and helps determine if you’ll feel confident in the role.
