This Privacy Policy describes how Teza Technologies LLC and its affiliates, including Teza Capital Management LLC (“Teza”, “we”, “our” or “us”) treat information collected on www.teza.com, where this Privacy Policy is located (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information Teza collects offline, through email, or through other sites. This Privacy Policy may not apply to the practices of all Teza affiliates. For example, a different privacy policy applies to natural person investors in certain investment products managed by Teza affiliates.

Teza collects certain information from the Site, including when you apply for a job on the Site or contact Teza using the submission form on the Site. Such information, which may include personal information, will be used for various business purposes, including recruiting, the delivery of services to you, and analysis of the Site. The personal information you provide to Teza when applying for a position (e.g., resume, certificates, test scores) will be processed for recruiting and employment purposes, and as permitted by law for other business purposes. Please do not send sensitive data, as may be defined by the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., personal information regarding race, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, etc.). Personal information collected for recruiting purposes will be processed in the U.S. and may be shared with Teza affiliates. Third parties that perform services on Teza’s behalf, such as a service providers that process and manage application information, will also have access to your information. Such third parties are subject to confidentiality obligations with respect to your personal information.

As is true of many websites, Teza gathers certain information automatically from the Site and stores it in log files for a period of time. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, and date/time stamp.

In order to ensure that any information you enter is remembered, Teza may use its own “session cookies” on the Site. From time to time, Teza may change its privacy policies. In the event of any material changes to this Privacy Policy, an updated version will be posted to the Site. Please check our Site periodically for updates. You will be bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when you use the Site after such changes have been first posted.
