United States: Teza provides a dental plan that covers preventive, basic, and major services. The plan also includes child orthodontia coverage.

United Kingdom: Teza provides a cashback coverage option for Dentist services through a Private Health Plan.

Armenia: Teza provides Dental coverage through its local health insurance provider in Armenia which allows comprehensive care services.

United States: Teza offers Mental Health support services through the company’s medical plan.

United Kingdom: Teza offers Mental Health support services through a Private Health Plan.

Armenia: Teza has partnered with a dedicated external provider to offer confidential mental health support to employees.

United States: Teza offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan that you can begin contributing to starting with your first paycheck. A variety of investment options are available so you can tailor your savings strategy to your goals. You manage your contributions and investment selections at any time through the plan’s online portal.

United Kingdom: Teza participates in the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) pension scheme, a government-backed workplace pension program. You are automatically enrolled once eligible and may begin contributing from your first paycheck, with contributions taken directly from your salary.

Armenia: Teza participates in the state pension system, a government-backed workplace pension program. You are automatically enrolled once eligible with contributions deducted directly from your salary.

United States: Employees may order lunch each day they are working in the Teza office. A delivery service is provided to pay for your lunch order, with a set daily amount available.

United Kingdom: Employees may order lunch each day they are working in the Teza office. A delivery service is provided to pay for your lunch order, with a set daily amount available.

Armenia: Employees may order lunch each day they are working in the Teza office. A payment card for a local canteen is provided to pay for your lunch order, with a set daily amount available.

What is the Interview Processes and Timeline?
Our interviews assess both technical and non-technical skills, as both are essential to thrive at Teza. Non-technical skills are evaluated in live interviews, while technical skills are assessed through coding tests, live problem-solving sessions, and technical discussions. Depending on the role, technical topics may include:
